Terms of Service

1. The service

BoogiePaw (boogiepaw.com) turns a photo of your dog into a short vertical dance video. You pick a template, upload a photo, and we render a video. Each generation costs credits, and the cost is always shown before you confirm.

Who we are. BoogiePaw is an independent digital product. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean BoogiePaw. Contact: support@boogiepaw.com. We reply to support requests within 3 business days.

Payments & Merchant of Record. Credit-pack purchases are sold and processed by Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai), who acts as Merchant of Record and the legal seller of those payments. We never store your card number. By buying credits you also agree to Waffo’s terms for the checkout.

AI Models & Architecture. Outputs are AI-generated entertainment, not factual recordings. Results may contain artifacts. Video motion and photo eligibility checks are handled by third-party AI providers (including a gateway and vision/video models), and prompt safety is verified via Waffo Prompt Sift. BoogiePaw is an independent application; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those third-party AI providers, or by social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account — do not share credentials.

3. Credits and payment

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Template videos cost 20 credits; custom dance videos cost 30 credits. The exact cost is confirmed before every run.
• Credits never expire while your account exists.
• If a generation fails on our side and there is no deliverable video, the reserved credits are released back to your balance automatically — you never need to file a ticket to get them back.
• For Custom dance: if the finished video fails our quality check, it may be re-generated once for free; otherwise you get a full refund of the reserved credits.
• Not happy with a finished video? Once per account, within 7 days of making it, you can get that video's credits back from its preview in My Videos. This applies to accounts that have bought credits, returns credits rather than cash, and the video stays in your library.
• The Taste Test pack ($2.99, 20 credits) can only be bought once, as an account's first purchase. New accounts do not include free credits.
• Payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake. We never store your card number.

4. Refunds and cancellation

One-time purchases, no subscription. BoogiePaw sells one-time credit packs only. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to renew. Credits are digital, usable immediately, and never expire while your account exists.

Unused credits. Except where required by applicable law or approved for a billing or service issue, unused credits are not refundable for a change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

Service problems. If the service was not delivered or was materially different from what was described, email support@boogiepaw.com with your receipt and task details. We will assess the issue and, where a cash refund is due, arrange it through Waffo Pancake to your original payment method. Your bank controls how quickly an approved refund appears.

Incorrect charges. If you were charged incorrectly (for example a duplicate charge or wrong amount), email support@boogiepaw.com within 14 days with your account email and payment receipt. We reply within 3 business days and, where appropriate, request the refund through Waffo Pancake. If we do not respond within that window, Waffo Pancake may issue a refund on our behalf.

Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai) is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Cash refunds, tax invoices and chargebacks are handled through Waffo; we cannot refund a card charge outside that checkout.

Failed generations. If a safety check blocks your request, or a generation fails on our side (provider error or timeout), and no video is delivered, that run costs you no credits: a photo that fails the photo safety check is rejected before any credits are reserved, and in every other case the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically, with no ticket needed. A credit return is not a cash refund.

Cancellation. Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel: you can stop using BoogiePaw at any time. You may also delete your account via the Delete my data page. Deleting your account permanently clears any unused credits and is not a cash refund.

Termination for abuse. If we suspend or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the videos you generate. You may post your videos anywhere — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, wherever. Downloading unlocks after you buy any credit pack; before that you can watch your videos in the browser. We don't use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we don't use them in public marketing or showcases.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

6. Intellectual property, uploads & DMCA

You retain ownership of photos you upload and videos you generate. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver those assets solely to provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights to upload the photos and that they do not infringe others' IP or privacy rights. Template music and reference clips may be third-party content; where a template cannot be licensed cleanly we may disable it. Do not redistribute copyrighted music independently of the generated video if your platform requires a license.

Copyright complaints (DMCA-style): email support@boogiepaw.com with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We will review and may remove content or disable templates while we investigate.

7. Acceptable use

You must strictly comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). BoogiePaw explicitly prohibits using the service to generate:

1. Pornographic, NSFW, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
2. Violent, bloody, graphic, or gore content, or depictions of animal cruelty.
3. Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or discrimination against any group or individual.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child unsafe content. BoogiePaw is for pets only: every uploaded photo must show a single dog, with no people and no human figures; generations depicting minors or targeting minors are strictly barred.
5. Photos of real people, deepfakes, face-swaps, or impersonation of a real person.
6. Content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

AI output can be imperfect — ears may flicker, paws may slide. Treat generated videos as entertainment, not as documentation. Failed generations refund the credits for that run automatically.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep generation reliable, but the service is provided "as is". We may pause or limit generation during maintenance or provider outages. Our obligation on a failed generation is limited to refunding the credits for that run. See also our Refund & Cancellation policy.

9. Termination and deletion

Data retention. Uploaded photos and intermediate files are automatically deleted after 15 days; finished videos and account data are kept while your account is active so you can watch your history again (downloading unlocks after any credit pack). After you delete your account (or email a deletion request), we remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud prevention (for example payment receipts held by Waffo Pancake).

You can delete your account and data at any time via the Delete my data page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will note the update date above and, where it affects billing or your content rights, give you notice before the change takes effect.
