1. The service

BoogiePaw turns a photo of your dog into a short vertical dance video using AI generation. You pick a template, upload a photo, and we render a video. Each generation costs credits, and the cost is always shown before you confirm.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account — do not share credentials.

3. Credits and payment

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• One video generation costs 20 credits. The exact cost is confirmed before every run.
• Credits never expire while your account exists.
• If a generation fails on our side and there is no deliverable video, the reserved credits are released back to your balance automatically — you never need to file a ticket to get them back.
• Payments are processed by Creem. We never store your card number.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the videos you generate. You may download and post your videos anywhere — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, wherever. We ask for explicit consent before showing any of your content publicly, such as in a showcase.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use BoogiePaw to:

• Create misleading or deceptive content presented as real footage.
• Harass, impersonate or defame any person.
• Upload photos you have no right to use, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Reverse-engineer, overload or abuse the service infrastructure.

AI output can be imperfect — ears may flicker, paws may slide. Treat generated videos as entertainment, not as documentation.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep generation reliable, but the service is provided "as is". We may pause or limit generation during maintenance or provider outages. Our obligation on a failed generation is limited to refunding the credits for that run.

7. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account and data at any time via the Delete my data page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

8. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will note the update date above and, where it affects billing or your content rights, give you notice before the change takes effect.
