Refund & Cancellation

Credit packs

BoogiePaw sells one-time credit packs (not subscriptions). Credits never expire. Because packs are digital and usable immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer cash refunds for unused credits once payment has cleared.

If Creem charged you incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount), email support@boogiepaw.com within 14 days with your account email and checkout receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, refund via Creem.

Failed generations

If a generation fails on our side (provider error, moderation block, or timeout), we automatically refund the credits for that run to your account. You do not need to open a ticket for ordinary failures.

Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop using the product at any time and delete your account and data via Delete my data.
