Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all content uploaded, generated, shared, or stored on BoogiePaw (boogiepaw.com). By using our service, you agree to strictly follow these content standards, moderation requirements, and enforcement procedures.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all forms of inputs and outputs on BoogiePaw:

• User inputs: Photos uploaded by users and the dance motion template they select. There is no free-text input: BoogiePaw sends a fixed, template-specific instruction to the model.
• AI outputs: 9:16 vertical dancing dog animation videos, audio-video renders, preview clips, and posters generated by our underlying AI models.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

BoogiePaw strictly prohibits using the service to generate, upload, disseminate, or attempt to generate any of the following six prohibited categories:

1. Pornographic / Sexually Explicit / NSFW Content: Any sexually explicit, nude, pornographic, lewd, or sexually suggestive material involving animals, humans, or fictional characters.
2. Violent / Graphic / Bloody Content: Any depictions of violence, blood, gore, mutilation, animal cruelty, self-harm, physical torment, warfare, or incitement to violence.
3. Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any content promoting hate, harassment, vilification, dehumanization, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Child Unsafe Content: Zero tolerance for any child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or harm against minors. Mandatory restriction: BoogiePaw is for pets only: every uploaded photo must show a single dog, with no people and no human figures; any generation or upload featuring minors or targeting minors with unsafe content is strictly prohibited.
5. Deepfakes, Face-Swaps & Impersonation: Uploading images of real people, creating deepfakes, deceptive synthetic media portrayed as authentic recordings, or impersonating individuals, organizations, or brands.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademark Infringement: Uploading copyrighted images without authorization, infringing trademarks, patents, or trade secrets, or attempting to replicate protected character designs without license.

2.1 Absolute Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)

The following activities result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and immediate reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAM) or endangerment of minors in any form.
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages terrorism, violent extremism, or mass casualties.
• Instructional material for weapons of mass destruction, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.
• Sexual synthetic media (deepfake pornography).
• Incitement of imminent physical violence or genocide.

2.2 General Restrictions

• Marketing or advertising generations as “uncensored”, “no filter”, “NSFW”, “18+”, or bypassing safety guardrails.
• Attempting jailbreak prompts, prompt injections, or tampering with model security parameters.
• Bulk automated abuse, credential sharing, or attempting to denial-of-service the infrastructure.

3. Content Moderation & AI Model Safety Architecture

To ensure zero generation of prohibited content, BoogiePaw operates a multi-layered automated screening and human review process:

• Pre-generation prompt & template safety screening: All template instructions, prompts, and job metadata are evaluated in real-time through the Waffo Prompt Sift API and automated safety filters before being sent to video models.
• Pet eligibility & image content verification: Every uploaded image is pre-screened by a vision model from third-party AI providers, reached through a third-party AI gateway, with a smaller fallback model if the primary check is unavailable. The check verifies that the photo depicts a single dog, contains no human figures or prohibited elements, and complies with safety standards.
• Underlying video generation model: Motion rendering uses a video model from third-party AI providers, reached through a third-party AI gateway. Video reference clips are strictly pre-moderated and muted to prevent copyrighted audio conflicts.
• Audit logging & fail-closed policy: Any request flagged by safety screening is immediately blocked without spending credits. Safety check IDs and decision logs are securely retained for compliance auditing.

5.1 Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• L1 Critical Violations: Initial response, and resolution or escalation, within 24 hours.
• L2 High-Risk Violations: Initial response within 24 hours; action completed within 3 business days.
• L3 Moderate Violations: Initial response within 3 business days; resolution within 7 business days.
• L4 Low-Risk Reports: Reviewed within 5 business days.

6. Enforcement Actions Ladder

When a violation is confirmed, we apply proportionate enforcement:

1. Content Rejection / Takedown: Removal or refusal of generation. If a safety check blocks your request, or a generation fails on our side (provider error or timeout), and no video is delivered, that run costs you no credits: a photo that fails the photo safety check is rejected before any credits are reserved, and in every other case the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically, with no ticket needed.
2. Written Warning: Sent to the registered Google account email.
3. Feature & Rate Limitation: Temporary daily generation quotas or restrictions.
4. Account Suspension: Temporary freeze pending trust review.
5. Permanent Termination: Revocation of access without credit refund for serious or repeated abuse.
6. Legal Referral: Cooperation with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and payment processors (Waffo Pancake).

7. Appeals Process

If you believe your generation or account was mistakenly restricted or flagged, you may submit an appeal within 14 days of the notice:

• Email support@boogiepaw.com with the subject line [AUP Appeal] - Your Account Email, including the task ID, approximate timestamp, and explanation.
• All appeals are independently reviewed by a human reviewer who was not involved in the initial automated decision.
• You will receive a reasoned decision within 10 business days.
