Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed

• Uploading photos of pets you own or have permission to use.
• Generating short dancing videos for personal or social sharing.
• Downloading and posting your own results with accurate disclosure that they are AI-generated when required by the platform.

Prohibited

You may not use BoogiePaw to create or attempt to create:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind (including of pets, people, or fictional characters).
• Face-swap, deepfake, or other face-manipulation outputs.
• Content that harasses, exploits, or defames a real person.
• Illegal content, or content you have no rights to upload.
• Marketing or outputs advertised as “uncensored”, “no filter”, or “NSFW”.

Enforcement

We screen generation requests against content policies before they reach our AI providers. We may refuse generations, refund credits for blocked runs, suspend accounts, and cooperate with our payment processor (Creem) on compliance reviews.
