Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026. Plain English, because privacy policies should be readable.
What we collect
- Your uploads. The dog photos you submit for generation, stored so we can render your videos and so you can re-download them.
- Your results. The videos we generate for you, tied to your account.
- Account basics. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Purchase records. When you buy a credit pack, our payment processor (Creem) handles card details. We only store what you bought and when — never your card number.
What's private by default
Every upload and every generated video is private. Nothing appears in a public gallery, nothing is used for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone — there is no data-broker line item in our business model.
How we use your content
Your uploads and results are used for exactly one thing: making your videos. We may retain anonymized, non-identifying technical metadata (render times, failure rates) to keep the service reliable. We will ask for explicit opt-in consent before ever using one of your uploads for anything public, such as a showcase.
What we never do
- We never sell your photos, videos or personal information.
- We never train shared models on your dog's likeness without your explicit consent.
- We never charge you silently — payment only ever happens on a confirmed checkout.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your uploads and generated videos at any time from your account, or request full deletion via the Delete my data page. Deletion removes your content and account records from our active systems; short-lived backups expire on their normal cycle, after which nothing remains.
Cookies
We use the minimum session cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your credit balance. No cross-site advertising trackers.
Questions
For any privacy question or request, reach us via the contact link in the footer of the studio. We respond to deletion and access requests within 30 days.
